This body, in drafting the Constitution and By-laws for the federation of states, intends that a basic format of government must exist for the benefit of all archery. We ask that all state associations abide and conduct themselves within its framework. In addition, this body recognizes the sovereignty of each state to promote individual programs to create more archers and memberships.
