Scoring & Events Coordinator

Lalit serves as a Scoring and Events Coordinator with the National Field Archery Association (NFAA), specializing in electronic scoring, results management, and event operations for national and sectional archery competitions. He oversees scoring and results systems to support accurate, efficient, and timely competition operations.

In addition to managing event scoring and results, Lalit helps develop and optimize internal tools and digital systems that improve event workflows, data management, reporting, and operational efficiency. His work combines sports event operations with technology to support large-scale archery competitions.

Originally from India, Lalit holds a master’s degree in Coaching Leadership from Mount Marty University. He brings more than a decade of experience in competitive archery, along with experience working in international and national-level archery events. His international event experience includes working with World Archery on major competitions, supporting results and event operations.

Outside of work, Lalit continues to enjoy competitive archery, watching movies, and cooking Indian dishes. He also hopes to take a road trip across the United States with friends.
