Bus Booking Form

The NFAA is pleased to offer bus service for event attendees to and from the host hotels and Festival Hall. Please note that departure times are approximate. To ensure you arrive on time for your scheduled shooting line, we recommend allowing ample buffer time when scheduling. One-way tickets are available for $2.50 when booked in advance. Alternatively, guests can purchase a one-way ticket for $3 at the bus stop (cash only), subject to availability.

The bus loop will start approximately every half hour from the Embassy Suites. It will first stop at the DoubleTree Hotel before arriving at Festival Hall and then returning to Embassy Suites. The loop will run continuously each day for the below times:  

Friday 6:00 am - 8:00 pm
Saturday 5:30 am - 8:00 pm
Sunday 5:30 am - 7:00 pm

Cancellation Policy: All bookings are refundable and/or changeable through Monday, February 10. No refunds or changes are permitted after this date.
