All NFAA divisions are eligible to participate. Participants must be a NFAA member in good standing and can register in up to three shooting styles within the same age division. No registrations will be accepted after the Late Registration Deadline.

CANCELLATION & REGISTRATION UPDATE POLICY
All cancellation requests must be received in writing to info@nfaausa.com by the Early Registration Deadline 9/16/2024. All cancellations will be charged a $15 administration fee. After the Early Registration Deadline, no refunds will be issued due to scheduling conflicts, illness, or other personal issues. Division and shooting style changes are permitted until the Late Registration Deadline. After that, division changes are on a case-by-case basis and up to the discretion of the NFAA. Collegiate archers may compete in the first annual Fall Collegiate Cup concurrently with the National Indoor League. Registration in the League and the Collegiate Add-On registration is required. Archers must hold a NFAA Collegiate Membership and meet all collegiate eligibility requirements.

Collegiate archers follow the same round format and rules as the National Indoor League. No additional rounds are required. 

Archers competing in the Fall Collegiate Cup must submit final electronic scores and scorecards for Session 1 no later than October 11 and Session 2 no later than November 11.

Collegiate archers are eligible for both the National Indoor League awards and Fall Collegiate Cup awards. 

The winner in each collegiate division earns a $250 scholarship to be used toward higher education.

The top-ranked four teams after all scorecards have been validated will compete in live remote shooting matches to be live-streamed on November 21.

Thank you for your interest in hosting the NFAA National Indoor League! You are welcome to promote the National League alongside your local league and encourage archers to sign up for both. Best of all, there are no fees or forms associated with hosting, and you do NOT need to register your League with the NFAA. The only requirements to being a host location include abiding by the NFAA indoor range and round rules set forth in the NFAA Constitution and By-Laws, Article IV, Section E (pp 54-56).

REBATES

The NFAA is offering rebates to host clubs in the amount of $25/adult and $20/junior participants. No form needs to be completed by the host to receive this rebate. Rebate checks will be mailed to the address on file within 2 weeks of the National Indoor League completion. Hosting clubs may also charge their own fee to the archer to further aid in covering expenses.

For a host to be automatically eligible for these rebates, all of the following must be true:

• The archer declares the location as his/her home range on the scorecard submission form.
• The shop/club has an active NFAA charter/license through the duration of the League.
• The shop/club has an active NFAA Indoor Range Certificate through the duration of the League. If a host has an expired Indoor Range Certificate, it must be reinstated no later than the end of Session 1 on Oct 6, 2024 to be eligible for rebates. The Indoor Range Certificate is a separate designation from the charter/license and requires a range inspection.

LEAGUE FORMAT

The National League consists of 10 weeks, broken into two 5-week sessions. The archer’s best 4 scores from each session will count toward their final National League placement.

Session 1: Sept 1 – Oct 6, 2024. Archers will submit a minimum of 4 Vegas rounds, consisting of 10 ends of 3 arrows for a maximum total of 300. Xs will be used as tie-breakers. All scorecards and electronic scores for Session 1 must be submitted no later than Oct 11, 2024.

Session 2: Oct 7 – Nov 10, 2024. Archers will submit a minimum of 4 NFAA 300 rounds (blue/white face), consisting of 12 ends of 5 arrows for a maximum total of 300. Xs will be used as tie-breakers. All National League scorecards and electronic scores for Session 2 must be submitted no later than Nov 15, 2024. Collegiate archers are required to submit all scorecards and electronic scores no later than November 11, 2024. 

Rounds can be completed at any 20-yard range around the world. Archers must submit all 8 scores (best 4 Vegas rounds and best 4 NFAA 300 rounds) to be given a final ranking and be eligible for awards.

Electronic scoring is required for the National League and Fall Collegiate Cup. Archers are encouraged to submit their electronic scores immediately after completing each round to view rankings. If more than the required four scores are entered, the electronic scoring system will automatically reflect only the best four scores for each session. Scores will not be posted until the League has been completed and all scores have been submitted. The deadlines for submitting electronic scores and scorecards are listed above in the League Format section of this page.

Official scorecards will be emailed to the registered archer no later than the first day of the event, September 1. For archers registering after this time, scorecards will be emailed every couple of days. Archers will need to print multiple copies of each the NFAA 300 round (blue/white) scorecard and Vegas round scorecard to record paper scores and submit electronic scores. Archers may utilize any unofficial scorecard in lieu of the official scorecard if they have not received them before their rounds begin. However, all scores must be ultimately recorded on the provided official scorecards prior to scorecard submission. Completed scorecards must be submitted via an online form for validation purposes. ROUND AND SCORING RULES

All rounds will follow NFAA rules as stated in the NFAA Constitution and By-Laws, Article VI, Section E.

Cubs will shoot at 10 yards for the NFAA 300 rounds (blue/white face) and 20 yards for the Vegas rounds.

Archers can choose whether they shoot the 40cm single-spot or multi-spot target face for both the NFAA blue/white 300 rounds and the Vegas rounds. All archers will shoot the 40cm single-spot or multi-spot target face for both rounds regardless of age division or shooting style. 

The archer plus at least ONE witness must sign the bottom of each official scorecard to be considered valid. Scores for each submitted round must be recorded on the provided official scorecard.

For all NFAA rounds, an arrow shaft need only touch the line to be counted in the area of next higher value.

EQUIPMENT RULES

All rounds will follow NFAA shooting styles and equipment rules as stated in the NFAA By-Laws, Article II.

AWARDS

National League Champion belt buckles are awarded to the top finisher in each division. Medals are given to 2nd and 3rd place finishers in each division and flight winners.
