BOWHUNTING EDUCATION FUND:
A NFAA Bowhunting Education Fund shall be established for development and promotion of hunter information and education programs to combat anti-hunting efforts or for funding of legal counsel in defense of bowhunting rights in the United States.
NFAA SCHOLARSHIP FUND:
The NFAA will have a Memorial Scholarship Fund for the furtherance of education of NFAA members. This fund will be perpetual (forever) and established from contributions to the NFAA Foundation, held in an interest-bearing account. Annual earnings from this “account” will be used in granting the awards. Funding will be through contributions and will honor individuals who have during their lifetime, contributed to the sport of archery. Contributions in excess of $1,000.00 will be memorialized in a special brochure recognizing all donors and a brief description of their contributions. Rules for the scholarships shall be made by a committee, appointed by the President and shall consist of at least 50% Directors. Additional funding for the Scholarship Fund shall be provided by a yearly donation from the NFAA General Fund to the NFAA Foundation Scholarship Fund. The funding for this donation shall consist of one half of the net income from both the Shooters’ School and the Instructors’ School. Funds to be held in trust by the National Field Archery Association Foundation to be administered by the Scholarship Committee.
NFAA FOUNDATION:
This Foundation is a 501-C3 tax exempt Foundation. The purpose of the NFAA Foundation as presently formed is twofold. The first arm is the Museum Fund; this arm is the vehicle that is to be used to raise funds for the purpose of building an NFAA Museum. The second arm is our Scholarship Fund; this arm is to be used to raise funds for our yearly scholarship awards. Funding for both arms of the Foundation shall be through tax-deductible donations.
PROTECT ARCHERY RANGES:
An NFAA “Protect Archery Ranges” Fund shall be established to create and protect archery ranges.
