Conflict of Interest

Article VIII

A.        No person holding an executive position in any other national archery association shall be eligible for nomination to, or to hold an executive office (President, Vice-President, Executive Secretary, Treasurer), if his/her major interests, elected or appointed position, or activities would influence him/her to abrogate the purposes contained in Constitution Article II.

B.         All conflict of interest questions shall be decided by the NFAA Council. Appeals shall be decided by a majority vote of the Board of Directors.
