NFAA Membership & Event Manager

Alice oversees the customer service channels of the NFAA, along with leading the maintenance, expansion and improvement of our membership offerings, processes and procedures. She is also responsible for various areas when it comes to events: marketing, customer service, scoring, logistics and staffing to mention a few. Her favorite part of the job is connecting with archers and industry partners from all over the world, whether it is via email, phone or in person. Originally from Italy, she has lived in 3 different US states as an au pair and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of South Dakota. In her spare time, you can find her teaching group fitness classes, trying different recipes in the kitchen, or planning her next adventure! Next on her bucket list: bungee jumping.
