National Outreach Director

Joanne serves as NFAA’s National Outreach Director, where she leads the effort to grow and strengthen outreach and development initiatives. She works to expand participation by building and enhancing partnerships and programs. She creates toolkits, outreach materials, and guides that support program implementation and growth.

Prior to NFAA, Joanne has worked over 15 years to provide strategy, outreach, project management, marketing campaign assistance, and partnership building to advance the mission of nonprofits. Joanne is passionate about outdoor recreation and conservation, and you can often find her hiking or somewhere by the water. She enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her two disapproving cats.
