NFAA Postpones Indoor Nationals 2020
As we face uncertainties over the coronavirus and the impact it will have in the coming weeks, we are actively seeking solutions for the postponement of our upcoming Indoor National event in Louisville, KY. In order to make the best decision for the health and safety of our participants, we will not be holding the event on March 20-22, 2020. We are aware that archers from across the country have prepared and planned for this event, but there is too much uncertainty about how the ongoing spread might impact public health across the United States.
We have been working diligently with the City of Louisville and the Kentucky International Convention Center to offer alternative dates for our 2020 championship event and archery trade show. As a membership organization, we do not want to make a final decision without feedback from our members and attendees. We have compiled a short survey (CLICK HERE) to assist in making a decision that is best for the majority of participants. Survey responses will be gathered until Saturday, March 14 at 12:00PM CDT. Please answer the questions as accurately as possible, as we will be using your feedback to determine our next steps.
For attendees that booked their hotel reservations through the official NFAA room block and for existing Indoor National registrations, we will be working to offer rebooking and cancelation options. Please wait for additional details. We hope to have a final decision on Monday, March 16, 2020. For attendees also participating in the USA Archery Indoor Finals, this event is scheduled to be held in conjunction with our Indoor National on whichever date is chosen.
We will continue to communicate with all attendees as we decide on how to move forward. The NFAA appreciates your patience and support as we work through this unprecedented decision.
