NFAA Welcomes New Associate Executive Director
The National Field Archery Association (NFAA) is excited to add a new face to its headquarters staff.
Yankton, SD – The National Field Archery Association (NFAA) is excited to add a new face to its headquarters staff. Professional shooter and longtime industry professional, Michael Anderson, has joined the NFAA in Yankton, SD effective January 3, 2023. Michael will take over as Associate Executive Director and Executive Secretary, a position that became vacant only recently, as outgoing secretary Natalie Vollmer retired in December after 15 years with the NFAA.
Michael has been involved in competitive archery and bowhunting since the age of 13, and has been an NFAA member since then. He has attended countless competitive archery events throughout his career, such as The Vegas shoot, Indoor and Outdoor Nationals, the Redding Trail Shoot/NFAA Marked 3D, as well as many other state, sectional and local tournaments. He has also attended many 3D events held by the International Bowhunting Organization and the Archery Shooters Association. Additionally, he was employed as the general manager of an archery manufacturing company for the past 15 years. His experience in the archery industry will be very valuable to the growth and expansion of NFAA memberships and programs. Michael is looking forward to the opportunity to promote and develop the sport of archery with others who also share a passion for it!
As we prepare to welcome Micheal to the team, we wish to thank Natalie for her dedication to the NFAA and the sport of archery over the past 15 years.
Michael can be reached at manderson@nfaausa.com, or at 605-260-9279 ext. 1007.
