Held at 22 host clubs across the country, the 2026 NFAA Outdoor Field Sectionals & National Series welcomed 570 archers. Competitors experienced the new Modern Field Round while earning national rankings and Shooter of the Year points for the first time.
NFAA Marked 3D National Championship Draws Archers From Around the Globe
The NFAA, in partnership with Straight Arrow Bow Hunters, proudly hosted the Marked 3D National Championships in conjunction with the Western Classic Trail Shoot, May 1 - 3, 2026, in Redding, California. The combined event welcomed 1,355 archers from around the globe, all coming together to compete at what has become known as one of the premier “must-attend” shoots of the year.
A New Season is Set: 2027 NFAA Indoor Calendar Released
The NFAA has announced its national calendar for the 2027 indoor season, welcoming archers back to a lineup of familiar venues. Following a strong positive response to last year’s events, competitors are set to carry that momentum forward into the new season.
Archers Rise to the Challenge at 2026 BTB & NFAA 1-Arrow 3D Nationals
The NFAA proudly continued its partnership with Break the Barriers (BTB) to host the 2026 BTB & NFAA 1-Arrow 3D National Championship, held April 18–19, 2026, on a private ranch outside of Fresno, California. The event welcomed 542 archers, including 55 collegiate competitors, from around the world to take on one of the most unique formats in the sport.
2026 National Indoor League Drives Nationwide Participation
The 2026 National Indoor League delivered 12 weeks of dynamic competition giving archers the opportunity to compete on an international stage without ever leaving their home ranges. Held from January 5 through March 29, the annual League once again showcased a format that connects athletes across the globe while keeping competition accessible at the local level.

This inaugural event brought collegiate archers together in a 4-week virtual competition. Teams from across the country battled through qualification and a head-to-head finals, with William Carey University rising as the victor.

Champions Crowned at the 80th Annual NFAA Outdoor Field Nationals
The 2025 NFAA Outdoor National Field Championships was held July 18-20 at the Mechanicsburg Sportsmen’s Association in Pennsylvania. The prestigious 3-day event welcomed archers from across the world to test their skill and endurance.
